*Wash FM*You can click is a name of the FM radio station which broadcasts in Washington D.C. area. It is not that I'm washing something. I often enjoyed listening it when I was in the U.S. I still remember the number of it. It's 97.1.
I could get many US songs from it. After I came back to Japan, I enjoyed it on web site for a while as well. Sadly, it's not available on web site now in Japan.
Today, I'll show you one of my favorite song I got from Wash FM. This song is used as a movie song for "Remember the Titans"/タイタンズを忘れない I like this movie, too.
Ain't No Mountain High Enough by Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell
Ain't no mountain high enough. Ain't no valley low enough. Ain't no river wide enough. If you need me, call me No matter where you are. No matter how far. Just call my name. I'll be there in a hurry. You don't have to worry.
I love this part especially. This song cheers me up when I feel down.
Hi Eko,
I don't think it has anything to do with Japan being blocked or something like that. Although I live in Gaithersburg, the "Listen Live" link on the main page of WashFM.com doesn't work for me either.
Eventually, though, I found an alternate way to access the page which does work for me. If you'd like to give it a try, click on the URL I've provided with my comment. On my internet connection, it usually takes 1 or 2 minutes to start playing, but after that it works fine.
('v`)/ Thanks for coming! Oh! Do you live in Gaithersberg!? It has been long time to hear the name! I'm so glad to receive your comment from Maryland. I want to go there again!!!
Thank you for telling me how to access WASH FM. I tried to access but, I found some alternatives. I'm wandering whether I can choose "I am inside United States.", although I live outside of the U.S.
Anyway, I'll try it again!
Oh, I guess maybe it does check to see if you're outside the United States. Sorry about that. But since part of your heart may still live on the Pike, you could probably select "I am inside the United States" without lying. ^_^
I'm glad to hear you miss Maryland and want to come again. I'm really fond of it, too, especially Montgomery County. My favorite thing about it is that so many people from around the world come here to live, work or visit. On any given day, I can go out and meet people from almost any country here, and enjoy that people of so many different colors and languages and cultures are all sharing this place together.
Thank you for your comment!

How nice view you have! Yes! my heart still live on 355 Pike and strolling Costco in Gaithersburg.
Oh, I did it! I selected that choice. It said to wait 60 hours. ohhhh... I hope I can listen it again!
I lived in Rockville, MD for 3 years and half. Despite the fact I'm poor at English.... I try to write about memories of life in the U.S to practice English. Maybe you will find many mistakes on it, so please correct them!
