Good way to refuse telesales
If it is spoken in English, I don't know what to say and refuse.
It was pretty hard for me to refuse it. I used to receive it, of course, I couldn't catch it at all.
When I got it, I always felt as if I were punched by the boxer, named telephone solicitor, with unknown and fast English words.
One day I got a call from Comcast.(cable TV company)
Of course, I couldn't understand what he said, but I caught only "Movie channel" "Entertainment channel" something amusable words.
I made brief responses while listening lukewarmly, saying "a-ha"or "huh"
Few days later, a salesman came to my home with a device for cable TV and fixed it to the TV. My answer seemed to be equal to say "Yes" umm.... It seemed that I had contracted with him for the cable TV without notice.......
My husband warned me that not say anything on the phone.

After that, I came up with good way to refuse a telesales.
Just pretend not understand English. How easy way it is!
As I expected, it was very effective to refuse! The telephone solicitors gave up explain to me.
I won! I completely won! hehehe!!!!
I got a call from Washington Post next.
I said to her, "Oh, sorry... I can't understand English."
But she said to me, " Oh, our newspaper is good for study English."
I didn't know what to reply.
I can't understand English.
